Q) WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Ans) All our shipment arrive from hongkong, China to our local Indian warehouse, then we ship from our local warehouse

Q) HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Ans) our standard shipping is 80₹ and express shipping charges 100₹

Q) HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks.


Q) WHEN THE ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED OUT?


For items in stock: Normally, it will take 1-5 days to process the order after the order is placed. 
We will make all efforts to deliver your package on time. However, delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance issues, public holidays and peak season, etc. 
Your patience is highly appreciated.


Q) FAILED DELIVERY SITUATION

We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by the negligent behaviors of customers. 
Negligence includes, the customers deliberately refuse to receive the package, also, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name
In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.

Q) HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You. can find your tracking number on your My Order page or through the order confirmation email we have sent you. 
Click on the tracking number under the estimated delivery date for the most recent update. 
You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to show any sort of update within the tracking link.


Q) WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Until your parcel has been sorted and scanned by the carrier, there won’t be any tracking events for you to check on. This may show as a ‘label created’ status with the carrier, and the carrier may take 24 hours to update tracking information online. 
If you received a shipping confirmation with your tracking number, this indicates that your package has been dispatched and is on its way to you. 
Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday are shipped the following business day. International orders will make their way to customs upon departure and entry into your country, so be sure to give it some time just in case you are not seeing any movement on your package.

Q ) WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED / REFUNDED

If you've placed an order and received a refund or cancellation email, we sincerely apologize! This happens when the product quantity wasn't available when it came time to fulfill your order.

I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM / SIZE / COLOR

Once an order is placed we only have a short amount of time to action any changes or cancellations due to our extremely efficient processing times!

The changes of color or product, size will be available before they leave our warehouse.
